About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting production equipment to prepare food products in alignment with Aspire Bakeries' established specifications, while supporting production flow, quality, and safety.

Shift & Schedule



  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
  • Weekend Availability: Required



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Operate and adjust production equipment to meet product specifications and ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain proper machine settings and ensure supplies are stocked for continuous production
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production reports as required
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and GMP standards
  • Identify and report safety, quality, maintenance, or hygiene issues promptly to appropriate personnel
  • Follow production schedules, running orders, and recipe requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient production



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent line changes
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a highfunctioning team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs, bending, twisting, and working around machinery
