CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Energy Team Leader to join our Generation & Energy Management Team in Albany, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Rochester, NY; or Syracuse, NY. In this pivotal role, you'll guide multidisciplinary teams and project managers, influence sustainable energy solutions, and help foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence. What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a talented group of professionals dedicated to building HVAC design, with a particular focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization - keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement

Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
