As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned commercial real estate locations. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter potential security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter potential unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or the appropriate authorities.
• Assist visitors and tenants by providing directions and answering questions regarding access and building protocols at the location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as required by site guidelines.
• Collaborate with building management and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
