As a Security Officer - Dispatch Specialist Telecom in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch personnel and relay information as needed at the location.
• Receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming calls and requests for service, providing timely responses in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, dispatch activities, and security-related events.
• Coordinate with security-related personnel and local emergency responders during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as directed.
• Support Allied Universal team members by providing clear communication and updates regarding ongoing incidents.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence through monitoring systems and communication.
• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid skills are preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
