As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all occupants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and guidance from Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Document observations and incidents as required by site procedures and report any concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as needed.
• Remain attentive to the surroundings and provide a visible presence to help to deter disruptive or prohibited behavior.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by providing information, directions, and general assistance as appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training and briefings to stay updated on site-specific policies and emergency procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
