Experienced in supporting management with tactical business planning and technical project objectives, while assisting individual contributors in NPI technical, process, and administrative roles. Skilled in collaborating with R&D, NPI Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure seamless product transitions into manufacturing. Committed to meeting delivery and quality expectations for production and NPI parts through effective communication and proactive issue management. Proficient in interpreting requirements, directing schedules, monitoring budgets, assigning tasks, and tracking performance. Advocates shared process ownership and continuous improvement using LEAN principles, while managing day-to-day NPI operations to drive efficiency and quality.


Responsibilities

  • Assist management in developing tactical business plans and achieving technical project objectives.
  • Support individual contributors in NPI technical, process, and administrative roles.
  • Collaborate with R&D, NPI Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure smooth product transitions into manufacturing.
  • Ensure production and NPI parts meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all personnel and keep management informed of progress and key issues.
  • Interpret requirements, plan and direct schedules, monitor budgets, assign tasks, and track performance.
  • Encourage shared process ownership and drive continual improvement of processes and quality using LEAN principles.
  • Manage day-to-day NPI operations to maintain efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of production, operations, and inventory control processes to optimize workflows.
  • Utilize Oracle systems and finance tools to manage budgets and expense controls effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while fostering a growth mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of production, operations, and inventory control processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle systems and familiarity with finance systems, including budgeting and expense control.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret requirements, plan schedules, monitor budgets, and track performance effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, NPI Engineering, and Planning.
  • Understanding of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to learning and process optimization
