What You'll Work On
- Plan and design civil and land development projects, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities
- Perform design calculations, quantify bid items, develop cost estimates, and prepare reports
- Research zoning ordinances, design standards, and permitting regulations; prepare submittals
- Assist with drafting and plan production using AutoCAD and Civil 3DCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, MEP, and structural engineers on projects in higher education, retail, commercial, industrial, and more
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering Technology
- Knowledge of AutoCAD required; Civil 3D preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Internship experience in land development or general civil engineering is a plus
- Ability to travel to project and client sites as needed
