The Opportunity

The OpenText Partner Ecosystem is seeking a Principal Solution Architect who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to co-create market-moving, AI-powered solutions across the OpenText Cloud portfolio in collaboration with our most strategic partners. In this role you'll take ownership of the end to end offering design lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams through ideation, qualification, design, build and launch activities. You'll build pressure-tested solutions that drive results for our customers, and you'll be able to directly track the impact of your efforts. What It Takes

Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting within enterprise software or cloud platforms.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred for its blend of business acumen and strategic thinking.
Technical Depth: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including SaaS, PaaS, APIs, integration frameworks, and automation technologies.
Partner Collaboration: Proven success working with technology partners or OEMs to co-create and deliver complex enterprise solutions.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business objectives to technical architectures and guide partners through solution design and go-to-market strategy.
AI Mindset: Deep curiosity and working knowledge of AI, analytics, and automation trends-and how they shape enterprise transformation.
Executive Communication: Confident engaging with C-level stakeholders, translating complex technical ideas into clear business value.
Industry Insight: Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is an asset.

Technical Leadership: Providing architectural guidance and best practices across OpenText's Content Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Business Network Cloud.
Design Collaboration: Leading co-creation and design workshops using human-centered design and innovation methodologies.
Partner Enablement: Helping partners embed OpenText technologies into their offerings and scale adoption across industries.
Business Alignment: Translating partner and customer goals into actionable architectures, measurable outcomes, and go-to-market success.
Thought Leadership: Advocating for OpenText's AI-driven vision and promoting innovation across the partner ecosystem.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $152,000 - $250,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
