We're currently seekingLegal Counsel to be a key advisor for Molnlycke's Americas business, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling commercial success. We're looking for a strategic legal mind, trusted advisor, and collaborative problem-solver to help us protect and enable our business across the Americas. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, international matters and shape legal strategy in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (distribution, pricing, GPO, NDAs, vendor contracts).
• Support Clinical Studies: Manage clinical trial agreements and related documentation (MedTech/pharma experience a plus).
• Employment Law Expertise: Advise on U.S. employment matters and handle minor disputes to reduce external legal spend.
• Compliance & Marketing: Ensure adherence to AdvaMed Code, FCPA, and review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Risk Management: Provide practical, business-focused solutions to minimize legal exposure.
• Global Collaboration: Work on cross-border matters and support legal needs beyond the Americas.
• Process Improvement: Partner with Commercial teams to streamline contracting and develop tools for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education & License: J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience (3+ years at a top-tier law firm; remainder in-house).
• Strong background in commercial contracting; MedTech or pharma industry experience preferred.
• Languages: English fluency required. Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred; French is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• High integrity and confidence to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
