Our Seattle facility focuses on high-quality maintenance, calibration, and continuous improvement to meet exacting rail industry standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning & Calibration Specialist to support the Maintenance Department by coordinating calibration activities and maintenance planning. This role ensures measurement instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained to meet operational and compliance standards. What You'll Do:



  • Coordinate calibration and planning activities for maintenance operations
  • Maintain calibration records and certificates to meet ISO and internal standards
  • Schedule and track equipment calibration, resources, and materials
  • Troubleshoot calibration-related issues and assist in corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement and documentation initiatives across departments


What We're Looking For:



  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Metrology, Quality, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in calibration, instrumentation, or maintenance
  • Ability to Interpret technical drawings and calibration procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation
  • SAP and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus


Physical and Other Requirements:



  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and communicate effectively
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs and work at heights
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving parts, and occasional outdoor conditions
  • Must be able to wear PPE when on production floor
