Position Overview

The Senior Operations Account Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating activities, and managing cross-functional initiatives to ensure client's needs are met while balancing business objectives. They will apply best practices to ensure client deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget with a focus on strategic accounts, biopharma partnerships, and other specialized, client-facing opportunities.

This position can be remote, located onsite in Marshfield, WI, or hybrid.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver on agreements and terms in partnership with clients as defined by the business.
  • Facilitate regular client communications including regular client calls, utilization reporting, and implementation/ launch readiness discussions.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
  • Support cross-functional teams to execute on account-related tasks including effective creation and management of timelines, budgets, resources, risks, interdependencies, and project objectives.
  • Follow established project management practices, including management of scope, requirements, issues, and risks.
  • Consult with project sponsors and review project proposals to determine goals, timeframe, funding, allotment of resources, and procedures for accomplishing projects.
  • Troubleshoot problems associated with coordination, development, or design of client opportunity and overall account activities.
  • Escalate issues when critical risks arise and maintain pulse on project and account activities to ensure progress.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities within and across multiple projects and accounts at the same time.
  • Apply successful oral and written communications/presentations, influence and persuasion, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work within a matrix management organization.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to work designated schedule.
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in field related to the essential duties; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive, broad-based project experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with genetic testing.
  • PMP Certification.

Salary Range:

$89,000.00 - $151,000.00

The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
