About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Instructor to deliver training on processes, tools, and systems across multiple programs. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to teach complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct training on manufacturing engineering fundamentals, including roles, tools, and product workflows.
*Deliver instruction on installation plan authoring for multiple aerospace programs
*Teach ADPP (Assembly Detail Process Plan) authoring and navigation in CAPP/PDM.
*Provide hands-on training on CDS (Commitment Development Schedule) fundamentals and Velocity software.
*Explain nonconformance handling and processes in Common MES.
*Develop and maintain training materials aligned with client standards.

Required Qualifications:
*7+ years of experience in instructor-led training in a manufacturing, aerospace, and technical environment.
*Proven ability to engage diverse learning styles and lead dynamic, interactive training sessions.
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*Experience developing and delivering training for technical and operational teams.
*U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Strong knowledge of ME roles, tools, and processes (Daily Tools, DCAC, CDS).
*Experience with installation plan authoring in PDM/CAPP for Boeing programs.
*Familiarity with ADPP authoring and processing parts/assemblies in M/LC views.
*Hands-on experience with Delmia and Velocity software applications.
*Understanding of nonconformance processes in Common MES.
