We're seeking a Pipe Foreman in Spring Hill, FL to supervise and install a range of vital infrastructure projects, including water systems, sewer lines, storm drains, and more. The Pipe Foreman will be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch productivity, safety, and compliance throughout the construction process. From laying out to assembling and installing underground utilities, this position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that benefit our communities. We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $80,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You'll Do:



  • Dive into troubleshooting and fixing pipe and pipeline systems.
  • Lead the pipe crew by guiding equipment operators, laborers, and skilled workers with clarity and support.
  • Keep a close eye on equipment, ensuring it's running smoothly for underground utility installation, and report any hiccups to maintenance.
  • Be the master of materials by managing our inventory to keep projects flowing.
  • Mentor and share wisdom with the crew, helping them grow their skills and work efficiently together.
  • Keep the lines of communication open with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address any issues, keep them updated, and adapt to changes on the fly.
  • Safety first! Make sure everyone's following the rules and working in a secure environment.
  • Be prepared to tackle any challenges that pop up during underground utility work.
  • Oversee the installation of underground utility systems, making sure everything matches the blueprints and design specs.
  • Keep records in an orderly manner, from daily work logs to safety paperwork and project reports.


What We Need from You:



  • At least 5 years of experience leading a Pipe Crew.
  • Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and underground utility installation procedures.
  • Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle report.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
  • Able to travel within the state of Florida when needed (Lodging & per diem provided).
