What You'll Do:

Order Parts. Order parts through Vcommerce as required for repairs.

Maintain Work Orders. Open and close work orders with completion notes for all repairs.

Review Reports. Review reports throughout the month and at month-end to ensure that the system is being properly utilized. Follow up with users and managers when problems are determined.

Modify Schedules. Work with Central Services to communicate preventative maintenance and maintenance schedules. Add/modify preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the system.

Maintain Filing System. Maintain the EMS filing system. Maintain the process of issuing and receiving inspection forms. Verify proper signatures and dates on all paperwork. Verify that all deficiencies are adequately and descriptively noted on all paperwork.

Maintain Inventory. Maintain/order oil, grease, welding supplies, and other consumable inventory.

Additional Responsibilities. Partner with the maintenance manager and maintenance supervisor to plan various maintenance projects. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education. Preferred BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other applicable degree.

Experience. Must have experience with CMMS Systems, EMaint-Fluke Mobile, administering databases or deployed applications. Experience with report writing is preferred. Experience in managing all facets of fixed and mobile equipment in the aggregates industry is desired.

Communication Skills. Must be able to communicate with other employees for the purpose of reporting problems with equipment and receiving assignment procedures.

Computer Skills. Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to utilize Lab Check and have current EMS knowledge. Must have a thorough understanding of Mobile and Fixed equipment.

Functional and Safety Knowledge. Must exhibit high levels of competency, skill, and proficiency in daily maintenance and repair operations. Must have the ability to work independently and confidently make decisions with minimum assistance from management.

Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime with extended hours and travel depending on company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to noise conditions and busy work areas.

Interpersonal Skills. Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Ready to Drive. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a great driving record while maintaining this role.
