Job Responsibilities:

The HRIS & Data Analyst is a key role as a member of the HR team responsible for all HRIS UltiPro (UKG) functions and serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day system administration. This position is responsible for processing full employee data lifecycle within the HRIS, including processing additions, changes, and updates. The incumbent will compile, structure, and analyze human resources data to support decision-making and drive both HR and organizational initiatives. Additionally, this role is responsible for organization-wide data reporting requests, such as AAP (Disabled Workers and Veterans), EEO-1, and other team data projects.

This position will also be responsible for creating and analyzing all HR surveys. The role includes researching and implementing new methods or AI-driven data systems to enhance the employee experience. The position will configure systems to meet ongoing business needs and generate reports to support HR functions such as total rewards, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. The incumbent will ensure that all data are accurately processed and maintained according to organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years (or 7 years in lieu of degree) of HRIS experience.
  • Previous experience processing HR/Payroll information for the full employee life cycle (hires, promotions, changes, etc.).
  • Experience working with large employee data files, synergizing data and making key comparisons, organizing and communicating information using tools in an easy-to-read format.
  • A proven track record working with complex and confidential information.
  • Have a collaborative team approach mindset.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to develop and implement analytical dashboards and reports to enable end users to analyze data and make business decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • A self-starter who is results-focused with solid judgment, excellent verbal communication, writing, quantitative analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, multi-tasking and innovative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a fast-paced team, exhibit curiosity, evaluate solutions and implement appropriate outcomes, work independently and be attentive to detail.
  • Proficient in M365


Nice to Have:



  • Previous experience using data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Qualtrics
  • UKG (UltiPro) experience
