GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Wells Companies Development Group, Concrete Vision - a software development company providing an operational management program for the precast concrete industry in a SaaS environment - is seeking a dedicated and engaging Customer Training Specialist.

This individual will work under the Technical Project Manager to design, deliver, and manage all aspects of customer training, including onboarding new clients, conducting webinars, and creating resources for ongoing education. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can simplify technical topics, produce engaging training materials, and help customers fully adopt and benefit from the Concrete Vision platform.

Salary range $51,000-$75,000. Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Duties (Training & Enablement - 90%)



  • Deliver remote training sessions and structured courses for onboarding new clients and refreshing existing users.
  • Develop training programs and supporting materials, including documentation, tutorials, and online resources, tailored to customer needs.
  • Create training videos and short, single-topic tutorials for self-paced learning and the helpdesk knowledge base.
  • Host webinars for new feature rollouts and ongoing learning series (e.g., "Did You Know?").
  • Prepare and distribute new release information and training content for existing customers during deployments.
  • Continuously update and improve training content to reflect software enhancements and customer feedback.


Secondary Duties (Project Coordination - ~10%)



  • Assist the Technical Project Manager with light project coordination, such as scheduling, milestone tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Implementation) to align training materials with product changes and deployment schedules.
  • Provide occasional administrative support during customer onboarding and deployment projects.


EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED



  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years or equivalent work experience in training, instructional design, or technical documentation.
  • Experience in customer training, instructional design, or customer success (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or construction technology environments).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teaching skills with the ability to engage a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Proven ability to develop digital training materials, including videos, guides, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with webinar tools, e-learning software, and video editing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent training projects.
  • Basic understanding of software implementation processes and data validation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing and using office equipment
  • Visual acuity and ability to read small print
  • Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others
