Quality Data Entry Clerk

Acuren Inspection is now accepting resumes for a Quality Data Entry Clerk. The Quality Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering inspection data which will consist of both numerical data as well as narratives into the Inspection Data Management systems.

We are currently seeking local candidates based in Santa Ana, CA or surrounding area. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role.

Accurate data entry of inspection field reports
• Recognize, identify and investigate data issues
• Adheres to quality standards and ensures accuracy of work
• Participates in Team Meetings and keeps connected to organization's annual goals and objectives
• Works within time budget allocations for projects
• Ensures completion dates are met in conjunction with other team members with customer satisfaction in mind
• Accountable for project deliverables on time where it applies to data processing and data management
• Participate in planning and scheduling meetings with Inspection team
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• Communicate to all in a professional, effective and courteous manner

• Highschool Degree Required
• 1+ years of data entry experience in an office setting
• Knowledge of MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Pay Transparency: As per applicable state law the job posting pay range is $19.00 - 20.00 an hour depending on experience and applicable certifications.
