Aquent is partnering with a leading organization in the health services sector, dedicated to transforming how individuals access and experience care. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Copywriter to shape our brand's voice and drive impactful marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, directly influencing our engagement strategies and helping to redefine health communication. Your work will directly impact how we connect with our members and partners, making a tangible difference in their health journey and supporting critical marketing initiatives across the enterprise.

As a Copywriter, you will be a key creative force, supporting comprehensive marketing initiatives spanning direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and partner engagement strategies. You will play a vital role in evolving our brand identity through significant rebranding efforts, ensuring a consistent and engaging voice across all platforms. Your contributions will directly shape how we communicate with our diverse audiences, from product users to health plan partners, and enhance member engagement.

Responsibilities:



  • Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a wide range of digital and print channels, including emails, blogs, social media posts, headlines, advertising, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Develop compelling B2B, B2C, and B2B2C collateral that effectively communicates our value proposition to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to significant brand evolution initiatives, ensuring all assets align with our refreshed brand identity and strategic vision.
  • Uphold the highest standards of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style through meticulous proofreading and editing.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful written content.
  • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Apply a holistic perspective, leveraging past learnings to inform and enhance new and related projects.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of dedicated copywriting experience, with a proven track record in digital, web, and print media.
  • 5+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments within branding, integrated marketing agencies, or in-house marketing departments.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing results-producing work, reflecting modern design principles and memorable experiences that are noteworthy by clients, industry, and media.
  • Demonstrated experience in the health or related health industry.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to write for various formats and voices, including advertising, blog writing, long-format content, social media, and promotional writing.
  • Experience writing for different audiences: B2B, B2C, and B2B2C.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with project management and social media management tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional research skills to inform content creation.
  • A keen eye for detail and a wide vocabulary.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively incorporate and learn from feedback and constructive criticism.
