*Patient **Service Coordinator* position with a rehabilitation clinic *in Odenton, MD*.
*100% on-site role* offering *$16-$18/hour*, where you'll play a key part in supporting our patients and clinical team with exceptional service and care. Shift: M-F (between 8am - 8pm), flexible to work 8 hours between this time *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures * Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage * Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries * Maintain accurate records and assist with billing support * Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and organizational skills * Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odenton, MD. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
