What You'll Do:
  • Investigating product quality issues through testing, inspection, and root cause analysis to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Collaborating with sales and coordination teams to resolve escalated customer concerns, including warranty claims and freight damage.
  • Documenting findings and maintaining detailed records using systems like Epicor and UPS call tags to support resolution and accountability.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to manage product replacements, issue chargebacks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Managing non-conforming inventory in partnership with inspectors to maintain smooth material flow and minimize disruptions.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Providing cross-functional guidance on quality standards, training tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong customer service skills with textile product and application knowledge.
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new technology tools.
  • Familiarity with lean thinking and project management concepts.
  • Understanding of installation and material application processes in manufacturing environments.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience in the textile, quality, engineering, or communication industries.
  • Familiarity with systems like Epicor and UPS call tags for documentation and resolution tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide internal consulting on quality standards.
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide others.
