Job Description

We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and execute targeted marketing programs across our priority customer segments. This role will be instrumental in aligning marketing and sales around shared revenue goals, leveraging data, segmentation, and personalized content to influence pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and expand client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategy and execution, with deep experience in B2B marketing, sales alignment, and driving growth through 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success to develop and execute integrated ABM campaigns across priority accounts and segments
  • Build and maintain tiered account lists in alignment with sales-leveraging firmographic, technographic, and product marketing guidance
  • Design and run targeted 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs using personalized content, outreach sequences, events, and digital campaigns
  • Develop tailored messaging, offers, and creative assets that resonate with buying groups across the customer journey
  • Help design and implement an account-level engagement scoring framework in Salesforce and HubSpot, incorporating marketing campaign performance, and sales signals to quantify and track meaningful account characteristics and determine buying readiness
  • Establish and maintain foundational ABM tools to support reporting and campaign performance
  • Partner with the sales team to support outbound motions, account penetration, and expansion opportunities
  • Support account research and intelligence gathering to inform strategy and sales conversations
  • Continually test, measure, and optimize ABM programs for impact on pipeline, conversion, and revenue influence at scale

Base Salary Range:$130,000 - $140,000 (plus Bonus)

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in an ABM role
  • Experience working in Fintech / SaaS / or technology a plus
  • Proven success designing and executing ABM programs in a complex B2B sales environment
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and buyer personas (e.g., Heads of Deposits, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management) a strong plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, RollWorks)
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, and data-driven environment
