The Position We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our expanding GI and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgical oncology program--the only senior-led HPB initiative in New Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a statewide program led by a senior HPB surgeon, delivering care through both in-person and telehealth pathways. The role offers a supportive, collaborative work environment and a flexible schedule, with options for either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Referrals will come through multiple channels, including a rotating clinic in Albuquerque and a robust telehealth platform designed to reach patients in rural communities. Initial consultations will primarily be conducted via telehealth with a physician, while follow-up care will be managed by the PA either virtually or in person at the cancer center.
