This position designs and implements engaging events and activities focused on building leadership capacity and a vibrant, inclusive student body. The Assistant Director maintains a visible presence on campus and is actively engaged in the creation and facilitation of large-scale campus-wide events. This position assists the Director with oversight of the residence hall, student health insurance compliance, student center supervision, and Campus Life operations. The Assistant Director manages and maintains various systems/databases, webpages, and social media to ensure student compliance standards are met. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in education, student affairs, communication, health education, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in higher education administration and/or student services.
