Well-established restoration company is seeking a Restoration Coordinator / Project Manager to manage personal property claims related to damage caused by fire, water, wind, or accidents. This position requires a highly professional, empathetic individual who can communicate effectively with customers during challenging times while ensuring projects are completed with accuracy and care. This includes evaluating contents, preparing reports, maintaining communication with clients and insurance representatives, and ensuring all services are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage personal property claims from start to finish.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients affected by property damage.
  • Coordinate cleaning, restoration, and handling of items and materials.
  • Maintain organized documentation, reports, and records for each project.
  • Effectively communicate with internal crews, vendors, subcontractors, customers, adjusters, throughout the project.
  • Have understanding of IICRC and industry standards to evaluate whether personal property impacted from fire or water damage can be restored and how to move forward with the restoration once deemed salvageable.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate project files, assisting to create timely invoice summaries, and helping to manage the accurate inventory and cleaning schedule of all on-site stored personal property.
  • General office administration as needed, including general data entry, scanning, filing, documentation, invoicing, purchase orders, and AP follow-up and approvals.
  • Adhere to established timelines and company standards.
  • Requires a valid driver's license to travel to damaged properties for on-site inspections.


Technical Skills:



  • Familiarity with industry and office software tools such as Xactimate, Encircle, Matterport, ICAT, PSA, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace

This position offers full benefits, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and company phone. The pay range is $25-$30 per hour, will consider higher compensation if you have advance experience in this field.
