POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk based in San Jose. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for Shipping: Compile and package orders appropriate for shipment to domestic and international customers. This position will be on First Shift from (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with a base pay range of $20/hour - $25/hour. Mandatory overtime, as needed. WHAT YOU WILL DO Compile and package orders appropriate for shipment to domestic and international customers Compile shipping reports Adhere to shipping Dangerous Good Regulations, DOT and IATA Work to improve shipment time to customers Help maintain and update shipping procedures WHAT WE REQUIRE High School diploma or equivalent Ability to collect data and report results Computer skills in MS word, Excel, Teams Ability to trouble-shoot issues Knowledge of English grammar, verbal and written PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs.
