The Everett Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Everett, WA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population
  • Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate
  • Conduct individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines
  • Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups
  • Providing a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment plan coordinating with other medical staff
  • As part of a multispecialty group you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center

Required Qualifications:

  • Fully licensed PhD or PsyD in Washington State by time of hire
  • Individual Therapy experience in an outpatient setting
  • Training and experience in brief therapy
  • Ability to diagnose and treat patients

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
