Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Manager, Financial Reporting and Analysis to lead the financial and business operations of our manufacturing facility located in West Plains, MO. This position serves as a strategic partner to plant leadership-driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and business decision-making through data-driven insights and strong leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of site financial control, cost accounting, overhead budget management, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role does not have direct reports but may in the future. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost drivers and performance metrics. Job Responsibilities
