Part-Time Sales Display Specialist

Utz Quality Foods, is looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual with a proven sales background to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Display Specialist. This position will work out of the Louisville, KY Distribution Center. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Display Specialist include checking store stock, promoting product and brand loyalty, resolving front-line issues, and encouraging orders. The ideal candidate must be able and willing to engage customers, communicate results to sales management, and act in a professional manner to ensure a positive company and brand image in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs work at all accounts listed in the group folder.
• Attractively displays back stock.
• Responsible for placement and displaying of authorized products to meet customer satisfaction in every account.
  
  
  
  • Generates impulse purchases through the maximum display of snack food product consistent with customer preferences.
  • Properly rotates (back to front) all merchandise on every account call and removes from the shelf any outdated unsalable product.
  
  
  
  
• Stocks sufficient quantities and varieties of product in all stores.
• Gathers all reusable corrugated for pick up.
• Completes and submits all forms as required by company policies.
• Reports problems or situations unable to handle to the District Sales Manager.
• Reports any route deficiencies found on the route to the District Sales Manager.
• Responsible for quality and food safety tasks for their position.

Job Requirements

• Requires a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• A reasonable accommodation will be considered for an individual who cannot obtain a license

• Requires that the candidate is 19 years or older.
• Requires the ability to lift and carry products and to transport products with the use of a hand truck, pallet jack and/or U-boat.
