Hours and Pay Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Employment Type: Direct Hire What You'll Do As a Security Guard, you'll be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming facility. You'll monitor daily activity, enforce access policies, and ensure that employees, visitors, and property remain secure. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the facility and warehouse areas. Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and any security incidents. Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity. Provide assistance and guidance to employees, contractors, and visitors. Report hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to management. Collaborate with management and external authorities when necessary to uphold safety standards. What You Bring Valid California Security Guard License (Guard Card) required. 1-2 years of prior experience in security or a related field preferred. Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Professional and calm demeanor, even in high-pressure situations. Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
