Security Guard - Protect What Matters Most

Hours and Pay

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

As a Security Guard, you'll be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming facility. You'll monitor daily activity, enforce access policies, and ensure that employees, visitors, and property remain secure.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and control access to the facility and warehouse areas.
  • Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and any security incidents.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Report hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to management.
  • Collaborate with management and external authorities when necessary to uphold safety standards.



What You Bring



  • Valid California Security Guard License (Guard Card) required.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in security or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional and calm demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
