Customer Service DSV - Global transport and logistics Location:USA - Houston, 10650 Okanella Street Division:Solutions POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Agent, On-Time-Shipment (OTS) Hunter is responsible for building a rapport of trust with the Client by delivering exceptional service and supporting critical operational customer service functions to include accurate order review and timely reporting of shipping and/or receiving information as defined and required by Client needs. As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety and quality. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed predominately in a warehouse environment in all weather conditions, including temperature extremes, during day and/or night shifts. Work can be required to be performed in emergency and stressful situations. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
