Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
  • Label parts correctly with the appropriate tags.
  • Properly package parts to prevent damage during handling & storage. Responsible for using components and parts to produce a quality part.
  • Read and interprets blueprints, positions parts, and examines connections for correct fit.
  • 5S Work Area/Cell on a daily basis.
  • Complete Day by the Hour or Daily Attainment paperwork Daily.
  • Maintain Team Improvement Board Daily.
  • Perform other Job Duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Lead

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of component parts is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds is required.
  • Understand and comply with ISO procedures.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Able to effectively work with people in a team environment
  • Lean Manufacturing Experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Moderate physical effort consisting of:
    • Frequently lifting or moving material up to 35 pounds.
