We are looking for a Market Growth Coordinator for the North-Central Market in Florida to join our team! The salary range for this position is $56,159.83 to $70,199.78 based on skills and experience.

Primary Function:
The Market Growth Coordinator- Florida Market is responsible for achieving established individual and departmental goals around membership and revenue growth. This role will work collaboratively with other departments to execute the business development strategy by enrolling new employee groups, communicating with said groups, enrolling new members into the credit union, and serving as a liaison between the credit union, business partners, and the community. Works unconventional hours and travel frequently within the field of membership.

The Market Growth Coordinator- Tallahassee Market will assist employees and all appropriate internal credit union partners. Conducts daily business interactions and maintains constant alignment with OnPath's mission, culture, and core values. Encourages others to act with mission, culture, and core values in mind always. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from management. Ensures value through decision making that supports credit union goals and interests. Passionately displays a desire to build rapport and expand relationships with all members both internally and externally. Stays informed on OnPath's products and services to provide the right recommendations to the right members at the right time. Promotes and maintains a positive image of the credit union to peers, members, and communities we serve.
Major Duties and Responsibilities



  • Travels within 100 miles of market to engage with potential members and employee groups to present credit union products and services. Foster relationships with current employee groups through regular communication and visits, circulating relevant materials and updates.
  • Organize membership drives and special events to introduce the credit union to existing and potential members, partners, and employee groups.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and community engagement teams to ensure successful group events aligned with the Credit Union's brand.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at professional and community gatherings.
  • Achieve organizational and departmental goals and performance objectives.
  • Utilize necessary software for lead management, account opening, and other technology relevant to the role.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and records accurately and promptly.
  • Attend and actively participate in credit union meetings and training sessions in person when required. This may warrant travel to areas in Louisiana.
  • Adhere to the budget for business development to maintain projected expenses.
  • Stay informed about legal and regulatory compliance in marketing, business development, and field of membership requirements.



Knowledge and Skills
Experience



  • Two to five years of similar or related experience;
  • Has worked in the credit union movement or;
  • Has worked in sales or;
  • Is well networked throughout the Florida Sheriff's Office community



Education/Certifications/Licenses



  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.



Interpersonal Skills



  • A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
