Executive Assistant Arlington, VA Pay From: $90,000 per year MUST: Experienced Executive Assistant Must have active Secret clearance 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience Must have Travel Support through DTS This job relies heavily on calendar management for SES levels Tasker Management experience is required Experience creating and maintaining recall roster management Document and File management Experience with correspondence throughout the entire life cycle Process visits requests Track and report all training that is completed Update the day books Experience updating organizational charts DUTIES: Experienced Executive Assistant that will support a wide range of administrative and clerical functions in support of executive and divisional level activities in a demanding environment to ensure efficient and effective operations. You would perform and provide clerical, analysis, and administrative functions, to include drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. Coordination with appropriate stakeholders is required (within OASN (FM&C), Echelon I, II and II Commands, other Secretariats and etc.). Administrative support must be available for OASN (FM&C) at various location in the National Capitol Region (i.e. Pentagon, Navy Yard, etc.) The level of support shall be commensurate with understanding and performing in a headquarters (echelon l level) front office. Administrative Support shall also include program analysis and strategic communications in support of FM&C strategic objectives. Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
