Operations Trainer

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

Support production operations by training and coaching employees on standard work processes. Ensure team members understand their roles, follow safety guidelines, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing production employees



  • Create, maintain, and update standard work instructions and training materials



  • Track and update employee training progress in training systems



  • Verify training effectiveness through audits and assessments



  • Support safety and quality initiatives in the production area



  • Communicate updates and best practices to employees and supervisors




Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent



  • Manufacturing or training experience is a plus, but not required



  • Strong communication and organizational skills



  • Ability to read basic instructions and follow procedures



  • Comfortable working in a production environment with machines and tools




Work Environment:

Moderate noise, exposure to production equipment, dust, and chemicals; safety equipment required.
