We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Leader to lead and support organizational transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that change efforts-whether strategic, operational, technological, or cultural-are effectively managed to maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance, and deliver sustainable results.

Compensation for this position is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. We notice that we receive a wide variety of applicants and recognize that the person selected may be less experienced or more experienced. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders including across engineering disciplines, design teams and project management functions.
  • Design and deliver communication plans that articulate the vision, goals, and benefits of change initiatives that resonate with technical and creative professionals, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Create and execute training programs and support materials to equip employees for transition.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback loops to refine change strategies and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to help them support change within their teams.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation projects. Experience in the engineering, architecture, construction or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and how they apply to highly technical environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

Working Conditions


Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
