Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the administration team to help them stay organized and focused. Job duties will vary greatly from clerical to administrative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Sort and distributes mail, including faxed correspondence.
• Maintain company contact information.
• Assist with meeting preparation.
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports.
• Process credit card payments.
• Supply medical records to appropriate parties.

High school graduate or GED. Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
