Summary Job Description: Full Time 40 weekly hours, day shift Job Summary: The Lead Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT) provides clinical leadership and oversight of the radiation therapy team. This position serves as an advocate and go-to leader for the RTT staff, ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate delivery of treatments. Lead RTT coordinates schedules, machine rotations, participates in leading daily huddles, contributes to the program committee, monitors billing audits, provides input on staff evaluations under the Department Manager's supervision, and supports departmental operations and improvement initiatives.
