For our Executive Assistant - Industrial Flow Division role, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a master of time management, communication, and discretion, capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the President Industrial Flow Division. You will
- Manage and mantain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- You have regular international contacts with employees from different branches worldwide.
- You are part of the Divisional team, you contribute as a team member to the discussions, organize the agenda, practical arrangements and the meeting minutes.
- You prepare the annual calendar of the Divisional team. Including summits, workshops and team travels, avoiding conflicts and optimizing efficiency for the entire team.
- You work closely together with fellow management assistants in the Business Area and Divisions.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

- You are autonomous in carrying out your tasks. You effectively set priorities, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions.
- You maintain good relationships and interact with all stakeholders, both inside and outside Atlas Copco.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- You are service-oriented, proactive, and flexible to take on ad hoc tasks.
