Accounts Receivable Specialist

They will decrease DSO while improving cash flow and performing dispute resolution. This opportunity will require heavy internal/external customer interactions through all means of verbal and written communications. This position will also meet all department aging goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete and manage portal registration requests in order to establish a trading relationship with our customers
• Submission of invoices into portals as needed and/or problem resolution
• Perform various duties as assigned

Attributes:

• Aptitude/Desire to learn our business processes at a detailed level to facilitate meaningful and impactful service
• Independent decision-making ability using strong conceptual understanding of business goals and processes
• Highly motivated, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a business-critical high stress environment
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills
• Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to approach zero errors in final work product

Competencies:

Experience and knowledge:

• 3+ years of extensive concentrated AR experience
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent aptitude in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education:

• Required: Associate's Degree or 5+ years of direct AR experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
