As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead efforts to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by driving root cause analysis and corrective actions across operations, engineering, and QA teams. This role focuses on investigating and resolving customer complaints, managing internal non-conformances, and implementing systemic improvements to reduce recurring issues. You will monitor quality metrics, maintain customer scorecards, and collaborate with site leadership to align QA activities with business objectives. By applying strong analytical skills and expertise in ISO standards, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement, you will play a key role in safeguarding compliance and elevating overall product performance. Primary Job Responsibilities:
