Senior Recruiter (Temporary)

We're looking for a temporary Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in hiring top talent for our organization. In this high-impact role, you'll act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions across the organization.

In this temporary role, you'll be a key force in helping us grow, partnering with leaders across the business to find and hire the people who will help us Transform manufacturing for a better future.

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs.

• Craft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, and qualified talent.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry research.

• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our brand, values, and culture.

• Use data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-fill.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, systems, and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or matrixed environment

• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across multiple functions and levels

• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with hiring managers and stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience using modern recruiting tools, job boards, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Taleo, Greenhouse, Workday, and AI tools)

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive improvements

• Passion for delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience
