We're seeking Enrollment Representatives to join our award-winning Contact Center team in Westminster, CO. What You'll Do * Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families via inbound calls. * Answer questions about facilities, schedule tours, and guide families through enrollment. * Place outbound follow-up calls to ensure families have the information they need. * Think on your feet to resolve unexpected issues-no rigid scripts here! * Collaborate with team members and centers to deliver an exceptional experience. What We're Looking For Must Have: * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience. * Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. * Ability to document conversations accurately and manage multiple tasks. * Typing speed of 40-45 WPM and solid data entry skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer functions. * Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Nice to Have: * Experience in education or child care settings. * Exposure to higher education environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
