ResponsibilitiesBuild cutting-edge remote assistance products like Quick Assist and Remote Help across multiple operating systems.Design and develop software and services at scale, leveraging the latest technologies and modern engineering practices.Tackle complex initiatives in native applications, cloud services, and screen-sharing protocols.Identifysolutionsto integrate instrumentation for gathering telemetry data on system behavior such as performance, reliability, availability, usage, and safety.Create a clear plan for testing and assuring quality of solutions and define success for testing outcomes (e.g., unit tests).Embody our culture and values. | |
