Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
  • Role will incorporate the use of drawings and written inspection instructions.
  • Use of various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc) to 100% visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $18.00-$28.00/Hour
  • Hours: 4/10-1st Shift
  • Length: Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience inspection visually inspecting solder connections, or as an assembly build operator
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
  • Minimum of 2 years of solder/visual Inspection experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/soldering experience of Electronic Assemblies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of conformal coating experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of IPC-610 and J-STD experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Measurement Standards
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Visual Inspection
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Be detailed and Quality and process oriented, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Personal Computers.
  • Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturing when addressing quality defects.
  • Be able to read/write English
  • Documentation Skills
