Integration Lead

The Opportunity:

As an integration engineer, you know the importance of ensuring hardware and software solutions work together. You're eager to apply your defense industry knowledge to develop creative solutions.

On our team, you'll work with a team that designs, develops, and implements solutions for software and hardware integration projects across functions or between organizations that'll impact the Marine Corps. Using Agile Framework, you'll collaborate with Defense Mission Professionals to integrate communications systems as well as Live, Virtual and Constructive training systems. You'll plan, organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion.

In this role, you'll impact training readiness for the Marine Corps. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in maintaining exercise networks and training systems

• Experience with maintaining an organizations local area network, data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers

• Experience with performing system monitoring and verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and communications systems

• Knowledge of Live, Virtual and Constructive training systems

• Ability to create and manage technical documentation for integration processes, architecture, and troubleshooting

• Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in maintaining Marine Corps exercise networks and training systems

• Experience with designing, developing, and implementing strategies to connect different hardware and software systems to work together seamlessly

• Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual and Constructive training systems

• Ability to program in multiple languages, including Java, R, and Python

• Master's degree

• AWS, Microsoft Azure, CSEP, and CISSP Certification

Clearance:
