Acara Solutions has a Relay Production Specialist Operator job in Garden Grove, CA. Our client is a leader in the semiconductor industry. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a Production Specialist Operator. A successful candidate will be skilled in assembling, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and sorting. The Pay rate is between $19.00- 21.00 p/hr. DOE Relay Production Specialist Operator job responsibilities include:
- Read work orders, follow production routes, drawings, and sample assemblies
- Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Interprets Routes, drawings, work instructions, and rework instructions from engineering.
- Interprets Routes, drawings, work instructions, and rework instructions from engineering.
- Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cement, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
- Mounts assembled components, such as transformers, magnetics, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panels.
- May connect components lead wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points.
- May install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
- May perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, sorting, and color-coding parts, and assemblies.
- May perform on-line go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years' experience in assembling, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, sorting
- Must be able to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions for Relay design.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Reading blueprints, written instructions, process/procedures, and other instructions.
- Must have the ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals using manual or electronic calculator methods.
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs.

- This is the 1st Shift -5:30 am - 2:00 pm
- Must be able to pass Background and Drug Screenings
- Must meet ITAR requirements
