Job Summary

As an Assembler III, ensure timely and efficient contribution to high-quality product assembly. Collaborate with a team to guarantee timely delivery of products meeting specifications. Building and assembling a variety of electromechanical products

Primary Responsibilities

  • Testing, troubleshooting, and possibly repairing electromechanical products
  • Conducting inspections offinished products
  • Following safety protocols andprocedures
  • Collaborating with team members to improveprocesses and efficiency Task Time
  • Low Product Return Rate Experience - Have production experience in electro-mechanical assembly or significant and relevant experience
  • Competency - Be able to work from specifications, technical manuals, and schematics

Requirements

  • Be willing to solder small components under a microscope (depending on product)
  • Have experience in inspecting, testing, adjusting, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuits, sub-assemblies, and finished products
  • Be able to use hand and power tools and use electronic test equipment, e.g. oscilloscopes and signal generators. Functional/Technical Skills - Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
