Production Accumulator Operator, Louisville, KY

Pay: $22.76

Sign on bonus: $1000 after 180 days

Shift: Day 6:00am - 4:45pm Monday - Thursday

Overtime each day and Fridays is likely

As a Production Accumulator Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment
• Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
• Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to Push/Pull 51 lbs or more.
