Grounded in accountability, collaboration, and creative excellence, we're setting a new bar for what modern marketing can achieve.As a Growth Marketing Manager, your role is to drive meaningful usage (statistically incremental lift in key usage metrics) of high priority products by developing agile, multi-channel Growth Campaigns across Customer Solution Areas (CSAs) to target existing customers identified by data modeling and reached through paid and organic channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and select effective engagement channels. Working with analytics teams, you'll define success metrics, build frameworks to track performance, and optimize outreach. ResponsibilitiesEfficiency: Work with stakeholders to improve time to market of customer growth campaigns.Partner Cross-Functionally: Coordinate between analytics, data science, operations and Product Marketing on prioritization of growth campaigns, targeting and metrics of success.Agility & Influence: Demonstrates the ability to seamlessly shift across multiple priorities and requests, while effectively influencing stakeholders to adapt execution strategies based on the nature and urgency of each initiative.Communicate Insights & Impact: Distill analyses of growth campaigns into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Drive Continuous Optimization: Establish feedback loops with stakeholders, set up process for planning and reporting.
