ResponsibilitiesSupports the team's rhythm of business (ROB), attends key meetings, ensures timely response to action items, fields and gathers information about engagement asks, and executes programmatic initiatives.Identifies opportunities to develop and improve programs, and work with others to define program impact and create project plans.Works with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery. You'll also support and contribute to the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.Contributes to the design and execution of the team's communication plan. You'll also work with others to promote the programs and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.Supports multiple components of the annual budget process, including people and non-people spend. Builds working relationships with stakeholders and business partners at scale for the business.Embody our Culture and Values | |
